About Paula

As the Broker/Owner of Weichert, Realtors Broadway Realty, I am proud to support the community in which I live and work. It is my belief that people matter, and in the business of real estate, people are the most important part of a quality real estate transaction.

Through decades of experience, I have learned that the only way to succeed in Real Estate is to provide quality service, and more of it that you can get from anyone else. Clients of Weichert, Realtors Broadway Realty receive that kind of service with each and every transaction, regardless of price or location.

One of my standard quotes is "Real Estate is cyclical." It moves in a cycle, from a buyers' market then a sellers' market and back to a buyers' market, etc. Every five to seven years the market repeats itself, much like fashion. Prices will rise and times will change, repeatedly. Understanding the ups and downs and often subtle movements in the real estate business is essential to a property selling quickly, or being able to find the right buyer for the right home out of the starting gate.

When a client receives a free price-trend analysis of their property from either me, or an experience Agent in my Office, they can feel confident it is the best and most accurate analysis available at that time. We also provide education, communication and support throughout the entire process from the closing and beyond.

Being of Service
I am someone who believes that "being of service," is one of the most important things in life. Having served as a Rotarian, as part of the Mt. Pleasant Rotary Club for nearly a decade, I am proud to support the varied projects and people whose lives are helped.

Real estate provides that "service" rush that I enjoy. When someone realizes their dream, of owning a home, or helping a seller realize their goals, I feel the reward of a job well done. Putting others first and seeing the 'glisten in the eye' at closing then they take the keys to their new home, where they will build their life and possibly raise their family is something that keeps me service-focused, and working hard.

Hard work is a passion of mine. Real estate is not only my job, my career and my future, it is also my hobby. I honestly wish I had more than 24 hours to a day, so that I could visit more homes with new buyers, walk through vacant land for sale, and stage homes for selling.
